Morgan House was the first modern purpose-built business centre in Boston.  An integral part of the building is the meeting\boardroom, which has the ability to host meetings or training sessions within a modern and professional environment.

The meeting room has a large boardroom table at is centre which comfortably accommodates seating for twelve people. The room can also accommodate an additional six chairs if required.

The site is easily accessible with amble onsite carparking available.

Charges include room hire and use of facilities. The rates quoted below are for guidance and should bookings be required on a regular or longer basis, then please contact us to discuss this.  Please note that all prices will be subject to VAT.

• Full Day (9am - 5pm) - £75.00

DIRECTIONS / LOCATION
From Boston head west along the A52 Sleaford Road. Go straight over the BMW garage roundabout, at the Peugeot garage roundabout take the second exit going north into Endeavour Park and onto Gilbert Drive. The entrance for Morgan House is the second on the left. 

When coming into Boston from Grantham/Nottingham via the A52, turn left at the roundabout in front of the BMW garage. Then at the next roundabout take the second exit into Endeavour Park and onto Gilbert Drive.

When coming into Boston from Sleaford/Newark via the A17/A1121, take the first exit in front of the Peugeot garage.  This will take you on to Gilbert Drive and into Endeavour Park, where you will find Morgan House situated at the second exit on the left-hand side.
